Over 12 pilates classes per week
We provide instruction on state-of-the-art pilates apparatus; including 4 reformers, a cadillac/trapeze table, stability chairs, ladder barrel, spine corrector and a variety of other training tools.
For beginners, we recommend starting with a few private lessons or our special "Learn Pilates Basics" class. Please call to sign up for a class or schedule a private session at your convenience.
Winter Session II: February 12 - March 24

(Pre-requisite before attending any apparatus class: 1 - 2 Private one-on-one sessions.)
All classes last 45 minutes and are offered in a series of 6 consecutive weeks. One make-up class per series is allowed during the same time frame and for the same type class. Please bring your own mat for mat classes. Socks are required for apparatus sessions. Please call 610-401-8987 or email to reserve your space in any class.

All apparatus sessions last 55 minutes. Discounted packages expire within 4 months from date of purchase. Please wear socks.
One-on-one instruction in the pilates method. The most effective option for seeing fast results. Also available in 80 minute sessions.
Two students to one instructor. Have fun working out with a friend.
